Description of function
\xef\x82\xb7 Cooperate in identifying and developing suggestions for improvement; implement the actions determined
\xef\x82\xb7 Support other units in managing large-scale company tasks
\xef\x82\xb7 Lead (technically and disciplinarily) a large department with different/more complex functions
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct personnel assignment planning and disposition, taking into account company goals
\xef\x82\xb7 Instruct, encourage, motivate and evaluate associates; take disciplinary actions as necessary
\xef\x82\xb7 Assure delivery fulfillment and quality by the efficient use of machinery, material and equipment; according to the criteria of production planning/control

and characteristics
\xef\x82\xb7 Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.),

compare target/actual deviations as necessary
\xef\x82\xb7 Set priorities within stated times and goals
\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct shift and operations planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Rearrange work processes and work equipment in case of interruptions and bottlenecks
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor cost development/assure compliance with predetermined budgets/overheads/BDE time determinations and characteristics; implement

corrective actions as needed, in cooperation with supervisor
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop/support improvements in processes, equipment and IT systems
\xef\x82\xb7 Assure compliance with process and procedural directives
\xef\x82\xb7 Implement safety, health and environmental protection regulations as part of legislation

Requirements

Specialist knowledge: Professional/graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational/ technical training with several years of on-the-job training (knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge)

Type of activities: Different situations with several possible solutions, including detailed analysis of the situation/causes
