Why this role KONE Malaysia is embarking upon an exciting growth phase and as such we are seeking a Major Project Technician to join our Service Maintenance team in Petaling Jaya . You will work in a small group of Field Service Specialists attending fault calls, completing escalator/elevator repairs, and servicing an allocated maintenance run. What will you be doing . Carry out any work that\'s related to lift maintenance. . Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed to ensure accuracy of customer notification. . Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers. . Perform maintenance, repairs, and installation in collaboration with other Field Service Specialists. . Manages daily workload with minimal assistance from Supervisor. . Effective communication with all stakeholders. . Ensure safety at all times. . Depending on seniority, you may be required to give training/coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor. Are you the one . Minimum 5 years\' experience in elevator and escalator industry is an advantage. . Have a basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. . Possesses a service mindset. . Willing to travel. . Prefer candidates with experience in Non-KONE Equipment\'s. . Possesses own transport and valid motorbike license. . Able to work in a fast-paced environment. .
