Job Description
COMPANY : International Cosmetics Brand (Beauty Industry) BENEFITS :
- Commission RM600 - RM1800
- Personal Incentive RM200 - RM500
- Store Incentive RM200 - RM600
- FSS Allowance RM200 - RM400
- Annual Wage Supplement 1 month of basic salary (upon confirmation)
- Free Cosmetics RM1500 per quarter
- Overtime Claims
- To achieve the sales targets allocated
- Provide assistance to customer to ensure satisfaction, follow-up on customer purchases and maintain customer database
- Assist Retail Manager to set up promotions/ events
- To complete required administration work i.e. customer profiles, daily/ monthly sales report/ stock sheets etc
- Any other duties as directed by your immediate superior/ management from time to time
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess with Makeup Certificate
- Able to communicate effectively and excellent customer service skill
- Able to work on shift basis and long hours
- Social Selling Skills. E.g.: Social Posting, Virtual Consultation, Live Streaming
