Job Description

 Job Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies & programmes.
- To liaise with authorities on matters related to marketing activities.
- Implementation of appropriate marketing and business proposals including meeting sales target and project deadlines.
- To conduct relevant research & marketing planning in order to ensure the project market competitiveness.
- Maintain marketing documentation/database and compiling of information for reports.
- To prepare proposal & marketing presentation & to carry out marketing, promotion & sales activities.

Job Requirements :
- Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
