Job responsibilities

Fully responsible for the daily operation of the store (front desk + kitchen coordination)

Employee recruitment, training, scheduling, performance appraisal

Customer service and complaint handling, maintaining service standards and customer satisfaction

Procurement and inventory management, cost control (food, manpower, water and electricity, etc.)

Achieved revenue and profit targets

Menus and promotions in collaboration with headquarters/marketing

Hygiene/food safety/compliance with laws and regulations

Daily Reports and Business Data Analysis

Job requirements

Bachelor's or college degree, hotel management/catering/business preferred

Relevant catering management experience

Possess basic personnel management skills and leadership

Fluent in Chinese and English communication

Able to adapt to shift work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
