Position Summary:

Manages projects from planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicates schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries. Monitors task completion status to identify at risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans. Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary. Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree. May require Project Management Certification; Six Sigma or other analytical certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Construct and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and procedures.
  • Visually describe the flow of work and process through various process mapping
  • Gather information through process mapping, flow-charting, and workshop. to develop better process engineering.
  • Examine business processes and workflows to find out how they can be improved or automated
  • Train / mentor personnel from other functions on quality tools and concepts and mentor AMs / GBs
  • Examine emerging business best practices and technological developments to facilitate automation and streamline processes to improve businesses efficiency.
  • Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements.
  • Evaluate internal workflows and business processes.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure implementation and completion.
  • Maintain knowledge on all modern trends in relevant market
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
  • Ensure project resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Interpret complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders.
  • Create reports and presentations utilizing qualitative analysis regarding companies, markets, and industry trends.
  • Analyze business requirements and designs new process for same
  • Meet with clients to determine applicable business goals
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders and participants in various parts of operational processes, analyze information for improvement recommendations
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with various departments and design strategies for all business operation projects.
Job Requirements:
  • 4-year Degree in related field of study preferred
  • Six sigma certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified
  • Knowledge of contact center industry
  • 3-5 Years\' experience in continuous improvement
  • Must have led and managed Continuous Improvement projects
  • Proficient in Minitab V20
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring process improvement projects
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing big data
  • Advanced technical/computer skills with the ability to use several programs simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Work independently with minimal direction
