Job Description
Position : Verbal Translator (Mandarin/Cantonese to English)
Basic Salary: RM4,800 minimum per month (RM30/ hr)
Duration : 12 months contract (career development)
Office Location : 100% Work From Home
Working Days: Monday - Sunday (5 days work, 2 days off) (Including weekends)
Working Hours: Permanent Night Shift (work schedule to be determined by team leader)
- Minimum 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- 100% WFH, with own laptop and mobile phone (writing pad and headphone will be provided)
- EPF/SOCSO
- Training allowance
- AIA insurance
- Max. RM100 monthly internet allowance
- Annual leave 12 days
- MC 14 days
- 11 days of America and Malaysia Public holidays
- NATIVE Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Able to work at night shift (Shift to be scheduled any 9 hours from as early as 7pm and latest by 2am)
- SPM, STPM, Diploma, Degree in any field
- Meaningful and appropriate live interpretation of messages through telephone
- Live interpretation of conversation/ messages from various fields like Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
