The Supervisor / Assistant Manager oversees the daily operations of the Marrybrown outlet to ensure smooth service, high product quality, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the outlet manager in achieving sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor food preparation, presentation, and quality according to Marrybrown standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies to avoid shortages or wastage.
Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
Conduct briefings before shifts to communicate promotions, targets, or SOP updates.
Uphold company image through consistent adherence to service, grooming, and operational standards.
