• Able to speak in English and Mandarin.

• Familiarity with sourcing channels, both online and offline, is a plus.

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for additional hours based on project requirements)TanggungjawabPosition Summary: Project InternOur part-time intern will provide essential support in project coordination across suppliers, clients, and contractors, while gaining valuable on-the-job experience. Guided closely by a team lead, the intern will handle sourcing, logistics, and documentation to facilitate quality and timeline fulfillment. This internship offers comprehensive exposure to the full project cycle and helps develop practical skills in project management.Key Responsibilities:1. Supplier Coordination

• Assist in organizing tasks with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and contractors across projects to keep the project on track.

2. Project Support and Sourcing

• Complete paperwork, sourcing, and logistics while collaborating with internal and external teams to keep projects on track.

3. Field Training

• Participate in on-site project work under guidance and performance review to enhance project understanding and promote the development of fundamental skills.

4. Purchasing and Documentation

• Manage project purchases and ensure accuracy in efficient transactions and record-keeping.
