Job Description

We are looking for concierge to join our organisation and this role will be responsible to communicate with customers in the information counter of the shopping mall (Atria Shopping Gallery).

Your responsibilities will be :



To communicate with the customers and to ensure the concierge/ information counter in good presentable order at all times. To gather and provide all the information to customers such as travel routes, transportation availability, etc. To communicate with and provide assistance to tenants when required by centre management. To provide administrative and physical support to marcom / centre management during advertising, promotions and branding activities and stage events. To provide administrative support and marcom / centre management in other activities where required. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Able to be based at

Atria Shopping Gallery, Petaling Jaya

. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts as scheduled.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
