As a Management Associate, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and foster operational excellence throughout the organization. • There will be a comprehensive training program directed by experienced Senior Management to groom you to acquire relevant knowledge and experience necessary for promotion to management positions.
• You are required to undergo on-the-job training to learn and perform functional duties in various business areas. These areas include Information Technology, Project Management, Marketing, Operations and Risk Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Compliance and Fraud Assessment, Product Management, Human Resource Management, and others.
• You will work closely with their mentors to establish clear performance goals aligned with the company\'s strategic objectives. By setting ambitious yet attainable goals, you will be empowered to make meaningful contributions to the organization\'s success while honing your skills and expertise.

Requirements:

• Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.4 in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, HR, or Accounting undergraduate or postgraduate programs from reputable institutions of higher learning are encouraged to apply.
• Possess a strong desire for professional development and willingness to learn.
• A team player who is quality-driven and customer-focused.
• Having a strong interest in e-commerce and technology is a must.
• Keen in a business sense with multi-faceted skill sets and some exposure to leadership positions.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel to other countries. Example; countries within APAC region.
