• Edge Design & Contracts Sdn Bhd Management Associate Programme is designed to navigate our generation today the complexities of organization management, lead meaningful and sustainable impact tomorrow. Transformative leadership and professional development begin with learning-from one to many, high tech to high touch. Emerge with complexity and ambiguity with strategic thinking, a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the value chain and the problem-solving capabilities to excel as a leader. What you will experience in 6 months? - A real immersive learning experience to develop and enhance your knowledge in interior design construction industry and organizational management along with entrepreneurship skills through on-the-job training, projects, personalized mentoring as well as constant exposure and engagement with our management team.

• Edge Design & Contracts Sdn Bhd Management Associate Programme is designed to inculcate a cross functional workforce mindset. There are many invaluable opportunities for exposure, where you can gain new perspectives and knowledge as you network and work with colleagues from different fields and backgrounds. These include rotational assignments for high-performing Management Associates and participation in cross-border and cross-functional projects that will provide a comprehensive understanding of the organisation\'s operation and facilitates cross-functional collaboration.

Mentorship and Development

• You will receive strong support and guidance throughout your career with Edge. This starts with being assigned a Programme Manager, a Senior Manager as your mentor and a senior Edge Management Associate buddy. This support system lets you seek informal feedback on your professional and personal development, and prepares you for the successful completion of the programme
