Requirements

• MBA or Master's in Business, Finance, or Technology.
• Language required: English, Mandarin
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Project management skills.

• Adaptability and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities
Problem Identification & Diagnosis

• Understand the business challenges.
• Conduct research and data analysis.
• Analyse internal processes, financials, operations, or strategies.
• Use data, interviews, and market research to identify root causes of problems.

Strategy Development

• Design tailored solutions to improve performance.
• Develop strategic plans for growth, cost reduction, restructuring, digital transformation, etc.
• Benchmark best practices in the industry.
• Draft reports, business cases, or proposals.
• Present findings and recommendations.

Implementation Support

• Assist in putting plans into action.
• Help manage change across the organisation (people, processes, systems).
• Provide training, tools, and frameworks.

Performance Measurement

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor progress and ensure solutions are delivering the expected outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
