From cybersecurity threats to evolving data privacy laws, from AI ethics to credit risk in digital lending, the risk agenda is expanding rapidly. Accenture's Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) professionals help clients anticipate, manage, and transform their risk and compliance capabilities to build trust and resilience.
We are seeking Consultants and Managers to join our DRC team, focusing on IT risk, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Engagement Management
Lead or support project delivery across IT risk, cybersecurity, data privacy, credit risk, and regulatory compliance domains.
Serve as PMO, Functional Business Analyst, or SME in transformation programs.
Manage end-to-end delivery of risk and compliance transformation initiatives, including system implementation, process redesign, and operating model reinvention.
Collaborate with client teams across Risk, Compliance, IT, Legal, Internal Audit, and Data functions.
Define and document business requirements for risk platforms, governance frameworks, and control processes.
Support implementation of regulatory change programs (e.g., PDPA, GDPR, Basel, AI Act).
Domain Expertise
Advise clients on IT risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), cybersecurity maturity assessments, and incident response strategies.
Lead data governance transformation including data quality, metadata management, lineage, and enterprise data architecture (e.g., BCBS 239).
Drive AI governance initiatives, including model risk management, responsible AI practices, and integration of AI controls into business operations.
Deliver credit risk transformation across the lending lifecycle--from origination and underwriting to monitoring and collections--leveraging digital platforms and analytics.
Execute regulatory compliance transformation programs using RegTech solutions, including gap assessments, control remediation, and technology enablement.
Business Development
Contribute to proposal development, client pitches, and thought leadership.
Build relationships with client stakeholders and support account growth.
Practice Development
Develop intellectual capital, white papers, and marketing collateral.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building.
Key Qualifications :
Strong exposure in consulting or financial services, preferably 5-10 years with exposure to one or more of the following:
IT Risk Management / Cybersecurity
Data Privacy (PDPA, GDPR) / Data Governance (BCBS 239)
Credit Risk / Lending Lifecycle
AI Governance / Model Risk Management
Regulatory Compliance / Regulatory Change
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, FAIR, Basel, and AI Act.
Certifications and platform experience are an added advantage. Examples include:
Data Privacy & Governance: CIPM, DCAM/CDMC, IDPP, OneTrust, Collibra, Informatica
Cybersecurity & IT Risk: CISM, CRISC, GRC Professional (OCEG), Securiti
AI Governance: Responsible AI Practitioner (EDM Council), Securiti AI Governance, PMI GenAI
Credit Risk & Lending Platforms: SAS, FICO, Pega, Quantexa, Moody's Analytics, Experian Decision Analytics
Project Management: PMP or Scrum Master certification
Experience in AAI (Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI) projects is a strong advantage.
Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage, especially in Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and other regional languages.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in project delivery and change management.
People leadership experience (for Manager level).
