Job Requirements :

Experience in managing information systems, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Experience with POS systems, database management, digitlization initiatives, and implementation
Direct experience in Retail or Food & Beverage chain is preferred.
Able to work in weekend or Public holiday

SYSTEM MANAGEMENT development and implementation of Management Information Systems strategies
DATA MANAGEMENT design and implement data backup and recovery procedures
TEAM LEADERSHIP Collaborate with other departments to understand their information system needs and ensure seamless integration
NEW PROJECT MANAGEMENT lead the planning and evalution of new IT projects and system across the organization. Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectation to ensure successful outcomes. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lesson learned for future improvements.
HQ IT SUPPORT provide techinical support and troubleshooting for software issues at HQ
DIGITALIZATION TRANSFORMATION FOR HQ and RESTAURANTS
POS SYSTEM MANAGEMENT Oversee of Point of Sale (POS) systems across all restaurant locations
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT develop training programs for staff to enhance their proficiently in using information Systems
