About the role
Working as part of a team and reporting to the Team lead, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing HR administrative duties relating to all core processes provided by HR Services APAC.
Responsibilities
Work closely with team leads to complete specifically identified Intern projects
First point of contact to our customer base for HR queries
Provide support to our customer base on all core processes provided by HR Services
Case management, responding to all employee HR queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function
Follow-up cases to resolution
Review and approve notifications in Workday in line with processes
Produce relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines
Mapping all the process steps (end to end)
Minimum requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
Preferred requirements
Strong communication (verbal and written), including the ability to work optimally and negotiate with all levels of internal and external personnel.
