Candidate must possess minimum a Bachelor\'s Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Agriculture/ Forestry, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
Motivated, fast learner, confident and able to work with people of all levels
Team player with good analytical skills
Willing to travel and relocate.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken
Mandarin is preferred.

You will go thru a set program for a year plus where you will be assigned to different areas of our operations and functional departments (Eg: Operation of all business lines, Sales, Quality Control, Safety, Finance, Projects, etc.)
A diverse exposure across the whole organization within Malaysia.
