Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce/Marketing, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduate with Pro-active, Energetic, and curiosity to learn in an MNC company
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Marketing
- Supports Brand Managers (BM) in the core operational administrative tasks i.e promotional material review, inventory management, marketing events and congress planning, and compliance review.
- Supports Sales Managers (SM) in the operational tasks of administrative tasks ie. sales forecast trackers, and sales E2E events.
- Assist SFE Manager in the day-to-day execution of SFE services, including Incentive Compensation (IC), Sales Force Automation (SFA), Sampling operation, CRM coding, data processing, Segmentation, and Targeting process and administrative tasks.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Organising onboarding activity for new joiners.
- Assist in career fair and career talks in universities.
- Preparing content for social media posting.
