- Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends - Identifying and visiting appropriate manufactures and suppliers - Maintaining relationships with suppliers and establishing new contracts with vendors - Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products - Analysing past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer pattern - Monitoring inventory and liaising with suppliers and distributors - Generating and presenting analytical reports such as market research, prices comparisons and cost analyses - Assisting visual merchandisers in planning store layouts to promote key lines. - Perform any other duties in general operational function and ad-hoc assignments
Star Grocer Sdn Bhd is a company dealing in supermarket near the surrounding community. We are categories as essential service business. We open 7 days week to provide fresh foods, fresh fruits and groceries to the community. We are growing rapidly and is in need of manpower to serve our customers\' daily necessity. We are looking for dedicated personnel to fill up the vacancies advertised to serve our customers and meet their satisfactory. As of to-date we do have 9 outlets through Klang Valley and in Kuantan yet still growing by opening new outlets nationwide.
