Basic Salary: RM 2,300
High Incentives: Based on Sales Performance Overtime

Job Responsibilities
:
Promote and handle mobile device trade-ins, offering customers value for their old phones.
Assist customer with data transfers from old phone to new devices.
Accurately catalogue trade-in devices and ensure secure storage.
Manage sales transactions, operate the cash register, and process payments.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Achieve agreed-upon sales target and outcome within the schedule.
Maintain a clean and organized retail environment with well-presented displays.
Support store improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Perform general admin and operational duties as required.
Job Requirements
:
Diploma or Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of retail experience with experience in mobile devices is an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and presentable.
Positive attitude, independent, and ability to multi-task.
Must be able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
