This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience towards a managerial role with advancement potential.To be successful as a Management Trainee, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.Distributor and Point-of-Sale (POS) Management:

• Conduct market visits to ensure the activities are implemented at POS as planned.
• Provide market feedback/trade visit report and follow through to ensure outstanding actions/gaps are closed timely.
• Coach distributor sales representatives on their personal performance and contribution in relation to the targets set.

Account Management:

• Ensure ambitious target setting to distributor accounts and monitor closely for performance.
• Prepare plans with focus on results vs. targets set.
• Identify and implement actions for closing possible results gaps.
• Monitor, evaluate and track weekly and monthly secondary sales data of a specific geography.
• Cascade of all business-related information in a timely manner.

• Manage inventory levels at Distributor\xe2\x80\x99s warehouse and ensure there are no product stockouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree.
• Preferably 1 to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in General Trade / Distributor Trade Sales in retail environment.
• Experience in managing distributor sales representatives will be a plus.
• Willingness to do field work.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• The desire to grow and develop with a company on a long-term.
• Comprehensive and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• The work location will be based in Johor (south) or Perak (north)
