Job Description

Job Function: - Responsible for overall PDS / BDD activities such as related to feasibility study, tryout, testing, sample preparation and ensure project is completed within schedule at agreed cost and quality requirement. To coordinate and be responsible to customer on all matters related to technical. - Organize Task Force Committee meetings in formulating concept, job distribution and development activities of new products. -Ensure all work is executed on schedule, according to an agreed specification and within budget. -Recommend any modification or deviation of the original customer standard due to some valid reason. -Work with the Task Force and customer during tryout, sample preparation and follow up of tools and dies fabrication. -Cooperate with other section Executive in producing related jigs, fixture, Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and other related document to ensure production line are smooth and effective. -Prepare material spec, Process Flow Chart, Manufacturing Plan and other related document. -Cordinate with task force on APQP documents and compilation on every stage including Project Sign - Off. -Implementation of ISO/TS 16949 Quality System Procedure. -COntribute to section an idea of improvement activity including kaizen activity circle. -Uodating project progress report, master development, schedule and other related report once monthly or upon request by PDS higher level. Requirement: -Candidate must posses Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering - Reasonable computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Words. - Punctuality on attendance -Patient, helpful, & excellent team - This is 6 mth programme management trainee with starting RM2,000 -After 6 mth, if working performance & attendance good, will be hire as permanent employee & auto confirm.
United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 7 September 1982 and commenced its operations as a fuel tank manufacturer in 1984. In Year 1985, the company managed to secure the contract to supply its fuel tanks for Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s first national car, Proton Saga. Subsequently, almost all other car manufacturers or assemblers also sourced their fuel tanks from us. In Year 2002, United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. had the honour to participate in the development of plastic fuel tank. Having the technical collaboration with Kautex Textron GmbH & Co., Germany, United Vehicles Industries Sdn. Bhd. set up its own plastic blow moulding facilities in Malaysia to produce and supply plastic fuel tank for Proton Waja model. Besides being one of the main fuel tank suppliers in Malaysia, we also produce many stamping parts, such as cross member assembly, floor cross, support radiator, etc supplying to main local car manufacturers, Proton and Perodua. We also fabricating tools and dies and has our own in house Core Engineering Department, equipped with a 2.5 Meter CNC Machining Centre. With the recent technical collaboration with Yachiyo Industry Co., Ltd., Japan, it has add strength to our experience and capability to supply plastic fuel tank to OEMs in Malaysia.
