Job Description

F&B Operations 1. As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning. 2. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage outlets. 3. Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s food and beverage outlets operation by rotating on each position; 4. Learn from experienced employees to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training; 5. Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company. 6. Provide support as needed in various departments; 7. To ensure smoothness of day to day operation. 8. Traveling to different Food and Beverage outlets and participating in daily operations as required. Requirements 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Management, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field. 2. At least 1 years and above of relevant experience in F&B industry. 2. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply. 3. Basic accounting, bookkeeping, and math skills are desired. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 5. Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are valuable. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Benefits:
