Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee with a background in textile or garment-related fields (Fresh Grad). The selected candidate will undergo a structured training program designed to develop leadership and technical skills in various departments such as production, quality assurance, merchandising, supply chain, and operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a rotational training program across different departments (e.g., production, quality control, merchandising). Learn and understand the company's standard operating procedures (SOP), workflow, and textile production processes. Assist in daily operational activities and provide support to department heads. Monitor production lines and ensure quality standards are maintained. Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management. Involve in problem-solving activities to improve efficiency and reduce production cost. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects. Attend internal and external training programs related to textile manufacturing and leadership. Demonstrate leadership potential and ability to take on supervisory responsibilities after the training period.
Requirements:
Chinese candidate or able to speak Maandarin Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering,Apparel, or a related field. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in textile or apparel manufacturing.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
