Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets in overseas markets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share globally.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future trends to ensure steady growth.
