Job Description


Admin role Assist the company to perform daily accounting and administrative tasks that facilitates the smooth running of business operations Prepare regular reports and registers on timely basis Issue, record and process quotation, invoice, purchase order and payment voucher Create and maintain proper filing systems, both in soft copy and hard copy, ensure effective documents controls for retrieval To co-ordinate, prepare and compile documents that are to be submitted in relation to tenders; To vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender related information such as due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission; To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer\xe2\x80\x99s tender requirements; To check e-Perolehan on a daily basis for tender notice; To prepare costing & quotation for each quotation request; To prepare and update weekly / monthly tender report; To keep database for all the tenders as well as Client\xe2\x80\x99s info for future reference To be active in searching for new tender opportunity Ability to cold-call and establish network through social media etc. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time Operation Role Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when required Ensure proper cleaning of clothing, linens, and other items. Complete wash cycles, folding of linen and correct storage Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and other similar services to clients. To ensure the laundry of clients clothing is to the highest standard, including ironing. Ensure chemicals are used and stored correctly Report maintenance and hazard issues. Perform preventative as well as regular maintenance on laundry equipments or machines. Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times. To ensure all necessary documentation is completed daily. Responsible to arrange for picking up and delivering all clients items punctually, accurately and in a professional and courteous way. Recommends equipment and chemical purchasing needs. Assists in standardizing the method in which laundry tasks will be performed. Responsible for proper running of equipment and proper amounts of chemicals. Train, develop, and appraise the laundry team and Carry out stock takes as required. To make sure that the company reaches its target and operates effectively Responsible to manage the entire operations and also looks after the maintenance of equipment and facilities To monitor and supervise team performance & comply with customers\xe2\x80\x99 rules & regulation. Response to queries and complaints of customers timely, professionally and efficiently basis Performs other duties as assigned and able to carry out any other reasonable task set by the management.
The Laundry Place Sdn Bhd (TLP) was established on 26th February 2014, started with one outlet at Gelang Patah, Johor. In less than a year, TLP opened another two more outlets at Bukit Indah and Afiniti due to good response from our retail and corporate customers. We provide wide range of laundry services for retail and corporate customers, from normal wash to dry cleaning, and anything in between. Our service lean on the premium side because high standard and high quality service is of outmost importance to our service operation.
