Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support all the major functions in Human Resources (HR) Department such as
staff recruitment, payroll processing
,compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations matters
andother daily HR operations
such asHR documentations.
Assist in the recruitment processes includingjob postings
andinterview arrangements
. Participate inHR and company projects
such as recruitment campaigns, engagement activities, and company events. Performad hoc HR and administrative duties
as assigned.Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any other fields
.Strong interest in HR
especiallypassionate in dealing with people and managing different types of human behaviors.
Candidate without academic qualification but with some working experience in HR related field such as former HR Assistant or HR Clerk are encouraged to apply.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Trainee Supervisor post.
Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Able tostart work immediately
