We are an established ISO 9001 : 2015 & ISO 14001 : 2015 certified company that offers superior electronic soldering materials to the growing global demand of electronic PCB assemblies Currently we are offering an opportunity for you to be part of our team, so we are offering vacancies for management trainee with intention to enhance our management team across various departments. This position will be suitable for qualified candidates that are eager to experience first-hand managerial role During the traineeship, we will provide fundamental training to let the candidate know better about the core of the company\xe2\x80\x99s operation via rotation of each related department with the supervision of mentors. The knowledge gained will be helpful for the candidate to kick-start and support the management team to handle and grow the company. To succeed in the mentioned role, analytical skills and effective communications will be essential for the candidate Responsibilities:

• Assist managers with departmental tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
• Understand related department\xe2\x80\x99s daily processes and objectives
• Provide administrative support
• Assist managers in performance evaluation (e.g. data analysis)
• Initiate and research methods to improve output and reduce loss
• Create and give presentations

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree educational qualification
• Fresh graduates or individuals with work experience from a different field are encouraged to apply
• Positive learning attitude with strong desire for self-improvement
• Outgoing, friendly, inquisitive and proactive personnel are an added advantage
• Capable of carrying out duties both individually and as a team
• Able to work under pressure and meeting datelines
• Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
