Brief Introduction of Kibing Solar Future Leader Program This is a 2-year Management Trainee program aiming to prepare the path for young talents towards future leading roles within Kibing Group. In this program, you will have the opportunity to rotate among different departments, collaborate with various teams, and be involved in customized development programs. High exposure to top management team, competitive salary package, a designated mentor will ensure you have continuous support and help to realise your potential and advance your career. Our program involved in the following business areas: Corporate Strategy, Finance, Purchasing, Public Relations, Production, Mechanical, Environment and etc. You will get the opportunity to deepen your knowledge, hone your leadership skills, and make a difference both inside and outside of the organisation. Ultimately, you will be equipped with a strong foundation to become a future leader at Kibing Group. This is a full-time employment program that starts in April 2023.
