EMP TEAM is either a life insurance and family takaful services agency under Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad and Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored financial solutions. Participate in training and development programs to strengthen business knowledge and advisory skills. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and business partners. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets and enhance service quality.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Diploma or equivalent.

Self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve excellence.

People Skills:

Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
