ResponsibilitiesI. Basic Responsibilities
  • Complete tasks assigned by superiors: Under the leadership and supervision of superiors, regularly meet quantifiable work requirements and handle and resolve assigned tasks independently.
  • Training and Learning: Participate in various company-provided training programs, including corporate culture, product knowledge, business processes, and management skills, to enhance personal capabilities. Experience Accumulation: Focus on gaining experience and continuously improving business skills and overall quality in the course of work.
II. Specific Job Responsibilities1. Marketing:
  • Assist in the execution and supervision of marketing plans.
  • Organize market research for company products and provide market positioning analysis reports.
  • Collect and analyze industry information for market forecasting.
2. Customer Service:
  • Proactively serve customers, understand customer relations, and collect and report feedback in a timely manner.
  • Assist superiors in developing and implementing work standards and service processes; lead by example and strictly adhere to job responsibilities.
  • Guide and train new employees, completing necessary training tasks.
3. Production Management:
  • Analyze production operations, create operation manuals and related standards to improve product quality and work efficiency.
  • Responsible for production line improvements, analyzing and addressing on-site issues, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance production capacity and reduce costs.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of production plans to ensure smooth completion of production tasks.
4. Human Resources Management:
  • Assist department managers with daily tasks, including personnel arrangements and work distribution.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, and handle various tasks related to statistics, analysis, forecasting, adjustment, and inquiries.
  • Assist with recruitment, signing or renewing labor contracts, and handling approval procedures for job assignments, transfers, etc.
5. Business Development:
  • Responsible for expanding and developing company business, identifying new market opportunities and customer resources.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain good communication with clients and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
III. Common Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with employees or team members to understand their work and personal situations, and report and resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Building: Participate in or lead team-building activities to enhance team cohesion and effectiveness.
  • Problem Feedback and Resolution: Report issues arising from daily work to the on-duty supervisor or superior, and provide appropriate suggestions and solutions for improvement.
