Our Management Trainee Program is designed to equip aspiring professionals with the core skills, mindset, and exposure needed to thrive in the dynamic world of public relations. Over a 6-month structured program, you'll gain exposure to real client challenges, learn from industry leaders, and develop skills in critical thinking, AI-enabled workflows, and integrated communications - all while building a career path toward becoming an Executive role.
What you will be doing:

• Keep the work moving: Provide day-to-day account support and assist to keep multiple projects on track.
• Write with clarity and purpose: Draft and edit press releases, briefing books, coverage reports, pitch notes, fact sheets, and client correspondence - raising the bar on accuracy, tone, and brand voice.
• Turn signals into insight: Monitor media and social conversations, learn about analyzing sentiment, and surface opportunities for story development.
• Build content that lands: Co-create press materials, Q&As, and toolkits; tailor messages to channels and audiences to drive relevance and reach.
• Bring events to life: Assist with planning and executing events - coordinate vendors and venues, build the run-of-show, host on-site media tours, and deliver post-event readouts (attendance, coverage, next steps). Use AI checklists and templates to de-risk last-minute issues.
• Engage the media: Support targeted outreach, refine media lists, and help secure earned coverage across local, national, and/or trade outlets.
• Use AI to move faster: Apply AI for research, drafting, summarizing, and QA; capture best prompts and share best practices.
• Collaborate across the house: Work with Integrated Solutions team to deliver integrated client solutions that connect to business outcomes.
• Invest in your growth: Seek feedback, complete targeted trainings, and practice structured problem-solving and clear communication.

What is required of you:

• Current recent graduate in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or social media analytics tools is an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who have not yet completed a graduate degree but can demonstrate strong skills and commitment will also be considered.
