Management Trainee

in our company undergoes structured training across various departments to prepare for future leadership or managerial roles. The program helps the trainee understand the company's operations, culture, and business strategy before being placed in a permanent role.

Typical Job Scope & Responsibilities



1. Rotation & Departmental Exposure



Rotate through key departments such as

Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Admin

. Observe and assist in daily operations to understand workflow, challenges, and performance metrics. Participate in department projects and process improvement initiatives.

2. Learning & Development



Attend

on-the-job training, workshops, and mentoring sessions

. Learn about company policies, business models, and customer engagement strategies. Develop leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

3. Data & Performance Analysis



Collect and analyze data related to departmental performance. Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals to management. Support management in making data-driven decisions.

4. Project Management



Assist in planning and executing company projects or campaigns. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets. Monitor project progress and provide feedback or improvement suggestions.

5. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction



Communicate with clients, suppliers, or partners as part of training exposure. Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints under supervision.

6. Leadership Development



Take part in leadership simulations, team-building exercises, and performance reviews. Gradually take ownership of small teams or projects before being confirmed in a permanent role.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree (any discipline; business, management, or engineering preferred). Fresh graduates or candidates with <2 years' experience. Strong communication and analytical skills. Willing to learn and rotate across departments. Leadership potential and adaptability.

Program Duration



2 years

Upon successful completion, the trainee may be promoted to

Assistant Manager, Executive, or Department Supervisor

level.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
