Typical Job Scope & Responsibilities
1. Rotation & Departmental Exposure
Rotate through key departments such as
Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and Admin
.
Observe and assist in daily operations to understand workflow, challenges, and performance metrics.
Participate in department projects and process improvement initiatives.
2. Learning & Development
Attend
on-the-job training, workshops, and mentoring sessions
.
Learn about company policies, business models, and customer engagement strategies.
Develop leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
3. Data & Performance Analysis
Collect and analyze data related to departmental performance.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals to management.
Support management in making data-driven decisions.
4. Project Management
Assist in planning and executing company projects or campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
Monitor project progress and provide feedback or improvement suggestions.
5. Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
Communicate with clients, suppliers, or partners as part of training exposure.
Handle basic customer inquiries and complaints under supervision.
6. Leadership Development
Take part in leadership simulations, team-building exercises, and performance reviews.
Gradually take ownership of small teams or projects before being confirmed in a permanent role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any discipline; business, management, or engineering preferred).
Fresh graduates or candidates with <2 years' experience.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Willing to learn and rotate across departments.
Leadership potential and adaptability.
Program Duration
2 years
Upon successful completion, the trainee may be promoted to
Assistant Manager, Executive, or Department Supervisor
level.
