Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Load Planning
? Consolidate shipments and plan loads to optimise cost, space, and route.
? Verify cargo dimensions/weight vs truck capacity & legal limits.
? Prepare loading sequence, special handling notes, and cut-off timelines.
2. Truck Allocation & Dispatch
? Allocate suitable trucks based on capacity, route, and driver availability.
? Issue job in asolute system , monitor trips in real time, and update ETAs.
? Coordinate contingencies (breakdowns, delays, no-shows) and escalate as needed.
3. Customer Service
? Be the first point of contact for job status and general enquiries.
? Handle booking changes and service recovery.
? Capture customer requirements accurately and relay to internal teams.
4. Documentation & Compliance
? Prepare/verify delivery orders, manifests, and gate passes.
? Ensure adherence to safety, security, and statutory requirements.
? Maintain accurate data in TMS/Excel and support daily/weekly reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
