Job Description
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Retail courses only or Bachelor Degree in any \xef\xac\x81eld.
- Open to explore new experiences and willing to work extra hours.
- Has basic knowledge in computer skills.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manage and handle all aspects of the assigned department.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise and standard display according to Company requirement.
- Able to understand and follow the planogram set for the market.
- Perform daily inventory checking and reports.
- Exercise the knowledge of FIFO, forwarding and controlling of expired stocks.
- Able to understand the process of disposal and return damaged stocks.
- Monitor and handle housekeeping and the ordering process of stocks in the respective department.
- Analyze the market trends and promotional events.
- Familiarize and operate devices such as Receiving devices, cashiering machines, etc.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Train staff on product knowledge and display.
- Achieve sales target set by the Company.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
