Requirements
SPM/ Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Manufacturing or related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
Willing to work in an outdoor and industrial environment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing or heavy industry operations is an advantage.
Strong willingness to learn, responsible and disciplined.
Able Work in shifts and weekends when required.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
Assist in daily batching operations and ensure concrete is produced according to required Specifications.
Learn to operate batching control systems, plant machinery, and material handling equipment
Monitor raw material usage (cement, sand, aggregates, admixtures) and report any
