Job Responsibility Beacon Mart s culture: Work Together, Manage Together & Share Together Management Trainee Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 4,500 per month You will be rotating in the following departments. We will provide you the foundational training and development with supervision of our business leaders and mentors, where suitable. E-Commerce & CRM Management of eCommerce and social media platforms, e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram etc. in a timely manner Management of orders and online inventory management (stock count & price) Preparation of product photos, videos and contents Optimization of e-store operations including content assortment, pricing, Live chat, rating and reviews. Sales & Retail Development Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer s needs Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to provide excellent sales service To develop new sales opportunities and event location Building brand awareness Assisting and learning on retail operations Product & Procurement Ensure up-to-date products knowledge and perform market intelligence to achieve company s business plans and marketing strategies To generate ideas for improvement and sustainability of new and current products To perform quality check on existing and new products to ensure product quality at its best To assist customer service in customer enquiry, feedback, and complaints To track stock inventory and restock goods when needed Job Requirements We are offering an opportunity for you to be part of Beacon Mart Group of Companies, which aims to develop and guide you with the necessary skills and experiences.
