What You'll Learn & Do

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key areas of our business to gain a deep understanding of how we operate, serve clients, and drive brand growth.

You will:

Learn the fundamentals of brand strategy, client management, and B2B consulting

Shadow and support senior consultants on client accounts

Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and campaign planning

Analyze market trends and help build data-driven brand strategies

Contribute to project execution, reporting, and client presentations

Take part in leadership and professional development workshops

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

0-2 years of work experience (Post internships, customer service, or leadership experience a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow quickly
