Management Trainee

What You'll Experience



Gain multi-faceted exposure to various aspects of our business, including Sales, Marketing, Management, Business Operations, and more. This rotational program is designed to provide you with a well-rounded experience and the skills needed to excel in a leadership role within PopoMama.



Sales: Learn how to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and understand market dynamics

Marketing: Get hands-on experience in crafting and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, from digital to in-store, that resonate with our target audience

Management: Work closely with our leadership team to understand strategic decision-making processes, team management, and business planning

Business Operations: Gain insight into the day-to-day operations that keep PopoMama running smoothly, including supply chain management, product development, and customer service

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

A genuine interest in business and a commitment to learning and growth

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments
