We are offering an opportunity for you to be part of Beacon Mart, which aims to develop and guide you with the necessary skills and experiences. Beacon Mart is inviting all dedicated and responsible individuals to fill the position of Management Trainee who will focus on key areas includes sales (frontend / telemarketing / customer relationship management), product development & knowledge, retail shop & central headquarters operations, marketing & event management. We will provide the foundational training and development with rotation of each department with the supervision of business leaders and mentors, where suitable.

Sales & Retail Development * Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer\'s needs
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction to provide excellent sales service
  • To develop new sales opportunities and event location

  • Assisting and learning on retail operations
Customer Service
  • Providing first contact resolution according to standard operating procedure
  • To handle all customer enquiries and request promptly, accurately and professionally. Live chat/social media and email correspondence.
  • Input customer interaction, problems in Customer Relation Management System (CRMS).
  • Ensure all customers and sellers feedback/complaints/Disputes are addressed as and when required or escalate the same to the respective team when necessary.
Product & Procurement
  • To analyze the market trend/needs and competitor activities to achieve company\'s business plan and marketing strategy
  • To generate ideas for improvement and sustainability of new products and/current products
  • To perform quality check on existing/ new product to ensure product quality at its upmost quality.
  • To assist customer service in customer enquiry, feedback, and complaints
  • To track stock inventory and restock goods when needed
Warehouse Operation
  • Planning, coordination, recording and process control of incoming & outgoing stocks, including preparation of stock report, stock condition and expiry details
  • Development of corrective steps and procedure improvement in areas in accordance to workplace safety & health standards
  • Scheduling and planning for sufficient manpower for daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of work environment and schedule routine cleaning
  • To receive and prepare stock based on arrival notice and delivery order
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • To perform routine item stock count to ensure accuracy of inventory
Logistic Operation
  • Daily extraction of order data for delivery route planning
  • Daily coordinating driver for delivery
  • Train up internal driver and 3rd party driver in accordance to company policy for handling daily order deliveries
  • Coordinate with customer service team in relation to deliver on estimated time
  • To keep appropriate documentation and logs to support all planned finalized orders
  • To reviewing deliver order and stock loading to ensure accuracy
Account & Finance * Assist to prepare full set of accounts, cash flow forecast, budget, financial and management reports.
  • Perform day-to-day account transactions and operations
  • Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc.
  • Take charge of banking, Co. Sec., audit and taxation matters
  • Assist the direct superior in any other ad-hoc duties assigned
