Duties & Responsibility : \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand each key department (e.g.: Nursery, Farm Production, Planning, QC, QA, Supply Chain) day to day operations, work processes, work principles & KPI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gaining experience and perspective by working in different departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing classroom instruction or assignments in various topics that are related to their department rotation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking and passing tests and evaluation (oral or paper examination) to pursue in the program. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending lectures and internal training that will aid in their development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning to produce reports, create projects and oral presentations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Observing and training with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be effective within each department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborating with managers to plan the manpower & work force for the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Aiding in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing company reports to evaluate the company\'s activities such as farm output qty, sales qty, process efficiency, quality control, process control, inventory control, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered. \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that impact each phase of the business. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in any duties assigned by superior from time to time
