Job Description

• Prefer Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• No working experience is needed; Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Can speak in English & Mandarin.
• Basic understanding of business operations, accounting and financial principles.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt.
• High motivation and self-discipline.
• Possess a strong interest in F&B and retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business planning, execution, and outlets monitoring.
• Cooperate with HQ and outlet team members to ensure company\'s interest is being well taken care of.
• Provide support in outlet & HQ daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist the Board of Directors, top management and managers in decision-making processes and implement strategies.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products quality or services.
• Perform audit or spot check at outlet regularly to ensure SOPs are being adhered strictly.
• Participate actively in outlets sourcing, negotiation, project implementation, pre-opening operation until post operation monitoring.
• Ultimate position to be reviewed and decided by the BOD after 3 months of probation.
