Job Description

Daily management of front - line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting, production issues, coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,350.00 per month
