About the Program
Join our BJAK Management Trainee Program (Operations Track) : a 1-year intensive learning program that prepares you to lead operational excellence in one of Malaysia's fastest-growing tech companies.

What You'll Experience
Learn how large-scale operations and customer experiences are managed end-to-end
Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and workflow automation
Partner with Customer Experience, Admin, and Product teams to deliver seamless operations
Gain exposure to data reporting, performance tracking, and process execution

Fresh graduates or early-career talents (Business, Operations Management, Administration, or related fields)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
Eager to learn, resourceful, and comfortable with fast-paced change
