The VCI Global Management Trainee Programme allows trainees to have first-hand experience working in the corporate finance and IR/PR industry. In the course of 12 months, trainees are exposed to two departments: Corporate Advisory and Investor Relations/Public Relations. Through these rotations, they are coached and mentored by the seniors within the company. The roles are also customized to each trainee based on their individual\xe2\x80\x99s aspirations, strengths, and field of study, and there is a very high chance for trainees to be employed under VCI Global once they graduated from the programme. With the duration of 12 months, VCI Global Management Trainee Programme aims to equip the trainees with real immersive learning experience in order for them to develop a holistic view of the corporate world.
