Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose, support, and implement digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to digital processes to eliminate bottlenecks, improve system usability, and ensure effective adoption across teams.
Assist in strengthening data protection practices and ensure adherence to relevant data security standards, policies, and best practices.
Provide recommendations to enhance the performance, usability, and effectiveness of internal platforms and productivity tools.
Learn and assist in applying best practices related to data security, system governance, and digital process management across departments.
Monitor the effectiveness, performance, and security of organizational digital systems and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
Support initiatives aimed at increasing productivity, such as improving task management systems and automating repetitive workflows.
Identify operational challenges and collaborate with departments to propose practical, data-driven efficiency improvements.
Work with teams to improve the user-friendliness of internal platforms and software tools through testing and usability feedback.
Assist in gathering user feedback and conducting basic research to support continuous improvement of internal digital solutions.

Qualifications:
