Job Description

Assist the sales team in identifying prospects, preparing proposals and following up on potential clients. Oversee end-to-end operation of Sales & Marketing activities. Develop and implement sales planning through various channels to achieve sales target and maximize revenue. Interact with customers and clients to understand their needs, address inquiries and provide exceptional service. Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including digital and events. Develop and implement marketing planning to promote our brand, product and business to achieve our objective target. Analyse Sales & Marketing data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision making. Prepare Sales & Marketing report, forecast, and present to Manager. Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior/management.

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or any relevant field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good time management. Able to work in a team and work independently as well. High level of energy, enthusiasm and passion to motivate others. Flexible and adaptable to changes. Presentable and maintain professional looks.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
