Complete assigned tasks in key areas including Production, Warehouse, and Logistics by assisting with day-to-day operations within the assigned business unit. Prepare, maintain, and update various documents, reports, and records accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that all daily operations and procedures are in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Participate in training programs and job rotations across departments (HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Production, etc.). Assist respective department heads in day-to-day operations, project coordination, and documentation. Learn and understand company policies, workflows, and operational standards. Support management in implementing company initiatives and improvement projects. Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the management team.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or related field.

Fresh graduates

are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to multi-department rotations. Able to communicate in

English, Malay, and Chinese

will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
