About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic

Management Trainee

to join our Service Delivery Unit (SDU) in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates from top universities with a strong academic record and leadership potential. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a one-year training program in China and will then be relocated back to Kuala Lumpur to take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Tasks Processing

Perform complex tasks and operate a variety of client systems under the ReSourcePro Total Quality System. Ensure standardization, processing excellence, and meet or exceed client standards on quality, timeliness, and information security.

Training Effectiveness

Plan and execute new hire training and cross-training programs. Coach junior staff on procedures and insurance knowledge to ensure team members meet client and company standards.

New Client Onboarding

Manage Proof of Concept (POC) periods to successfully onboard new clients. Design and implement workflows per client requirements, ensuring all procedures are documented and approved.

Client Relationship Building

Develop and maintain trusted client relationships. Provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, learn new workflows, promote services, and occasionally visit client offices in the US.

Team Management

Manage day-to-day team performance and foster employee engagement and development. Plan activities to enhance team morale and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates from top universities with distinction preferred. Active in school societies, clubs, or held leadership roles. Previous experience in call center/BPO or team leadership is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate to China for one year for training.
