oPerform complex tasks and operate a variety of client systems under the internal Total Quality System, seek for standardization and processing excellence, and meet or exceed client teams' standard on quality, timeliness and information security.
2. Training Effectiveness
oPlan and execute new hire training and cross training plans with team trainers, coach less-experienced staff in learning procedures and insurance knowledge, to ensure all team members are properly and sufficiently trained so that clients' requirement and/or company standards can be met.
3. New Client On-boarding
oManage the Proof of Concept (POC) period effectively to successfully on board new clients by designing and implementing workflow and processes per client's needs and expectations; managing the new system/workflow/tasks implementations; managing all the procedures creating and updating to ensure the client requirements are clearly documented and properly approved starting from the POC period.

. Client Relationship Building
Develop and maintain trusted partner relationship with clients via planning and executing a variety of activities, including: interact with client via email or phone regularly to provide status updates, troubleshoot issues, learn new workflows and systems, promote additional services, and visit the client's office in the US to drive the client team's growth.
5. Team Management
Manage day-to-day performance of team members and ensure a healthy balance of employee engagement, employee development and client satisfaction. Plan and execute activities to enhance employee engagement at team and department level.

. As part of the onboarding, candidates are required to undergo a 1-year training program in China, where core training teams will equip new hires with the insurance knowledge, systems, and quality standards needed for the role.
